Erica Sims, LPC, CCTP

Erica is the Director of Clinical Services for Dynamic Counseling and Coaching Solutions. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with a minor in music from California State University Hayward, a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University, a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Substance Abuse Counseling from Ottawa University. Erica is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with the International Association of Trauma Professionals. Erica believes that meaning is essential to success and strives to help others find meaning and purpose in their lives.

Stacie Townsend, LPC

Stacie is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Argosy University and a Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Forensics from Argosy University. Stacie specializes in substance use disorders, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders. Stacie also has extensive experience working with the criminal justice system. Stacie believes that creating a safe environment is essential to the counseling experience and strives to accomplish this for each of her clients. She also believes that goal setting is critical to success.

Jearlyn Tsosie, LMSW

Jearlyn holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies Degree (emphasis in Social Welfare and Public Administration and Management) as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. Jearlyn’s passion lies in partnering with individuals who are struggling with managing day to day life events and may need little more support that may be brief or long-term. Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Jearlyn approaches treatment with a lens of trauma informed care to help understand how past events in a client’s life may impact their present day concerns. Jearlyn is passionate about providing holistic, client centered treatment and providing the support needed to help clients feel empowered to manage the smallest or largest stressors that come their way.

Ann Cone-Sevi, LCSW

Ann Cone-Sevi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over thirty years of experience in providing clinical services as well as supervising and training therapists. Ann earned a Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Iowa and a Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University. She has been practicing in California, Arizona and Florida providing individual therapy, marriage counseling, family therapy and group counseling. Specialties include parent training and services to parents of children and adults with special needs. Ann’s expertise includes knowledge and treatment of addiction, depression and anxiety by employing cognitive behavioral therapy interventions. Ann uses her years of experience to easily relate to people of all backgrounds and help them gain insight into their problems.  Ann’s belief is that everyone can be helped to access their strengths to set goals to improve their lives.

Stephanie Nowacinski. LPC, LISAC

Stephanie is a licensed professional counselor and a licensed independent substance abuse counselor in Arizona.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Sociology. Stephanie received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Stephanie’s experience includes providing mental health and substance abuse assessments, psychoeducation, treatment planning, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing through a person-centered approach. Mrs. Nowacinski also has experience with co-occurring disorders and identifying cultural needs in diverse populations. Stephanie loves helping individuals heal and her therapeutic approach is holistic in nature. Stephanie is active in continuing education and believes you are never old enough to stop learning. She looks forward to helping individuals learn and grow in their recovery process.

Nancy De Loera, LISAC

Nancy is a licensed independent substance abuse counselor in Arizona. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice studies. She received her Master’s in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Nancy is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which can help individuals with resolving traumatic experiences. Nancy is known as an outreach community leader and has coordinated events that have helped organizations such as Maggie’s House, St. Vincent De Paul, Boy Scouts of America, and U.S Veterans. She is also actively involved with her community church.  Nancy considers herself an entrepreneur as well as philanthropist. She is passionate about helping individuals to heal, practices a variety of meditation, and is a trained Reiki practitioner. In addition to being bi-lingual, Nancy’s healing approach focuses on the mind, body and spirit

David Sims, CLSC

David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Performance (Music Emphasis) from Arizona State University and a Master of Science degree in Psychology from University of Phoenix. David is a Certified Life Strategies Coach and also holds academic certificates in Visual Communication and Project Management. David is an ordained minister credentialed with Gospel Ministers and Churches International. As a pastor with past experience working as a leader in a Fortune 500 company, David has years of individualized coaching experience under his belt.
