New Client Process
Once you have decided what types of serices you need, you can call us to schedule an appointment and a team member will collect the information we need from you and confirm the appointment. You can also submit a request online and someone from our staff will follow up with you as soon as possible.

NEW CLIENT FORMS
Once your appointment has been scheduled a member of our staff will send you a link to our secure document portal so you can complete and sign the necessary documents.
Documents should be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment).
INSURANCE AND COST
Once we have your completed forms (or sooner if you have already provided your insurance information) we will verify your insurance coverage and a member of our team will advise you of the cost of your sessions.

Shortly after your appointment has been confirmed, your therapist will contact you to introduce themselves, provide you with contact information and send you your telehealth portal link (if applicable). Your therapist will also share any additional or important information at that time.
THE FIRST APPOINTMENT
You will need to ensure you have a government issued ID and a copy of your insurance card to bring with you to the first appointment.
