Dynamic Counseling and Coaching Solutions, L.L.C. Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://dccsaz.com website (the “Service”) operated by Dynamic Counseling and Coaching Solutions (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

SMS Messaging

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Dynamic Counseling and Coaching Solutions, L.L.C. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

SMS Messaging Service

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Dynamic Counseling and Coaching Solutions, L.L.C. for appointment reminders and general communication about your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

Message Frequency

You will receive more than one message unless you opt-out. While the frequency of messages may vary, you can expect to receive up to 4 automated SMS messages per month, in addition to any interactions you initiate or if an appointment is missed.

Important Note: Our automated appointment reminder messages are sent and managed by our secure client portal, which is a separate service from Dynamic Counseling and Coaching Solutions, L.L.C. These reminders are independent of messages sent directly by your provider or our office. Any direct messages you receive from your provider or our office are initiated manually by our staff.

Dynamic Counseling and Coaching Solutions, L.L.C. reserves the right to adjust the frequency of these messages, either increasing or decreasing the total number of messages sent. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or other third-party service providers.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s terms.

Privacy Policy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions

• You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages from your provider by emailing your provider directly, replying STOP to any message you receive from your provider, or requesting to opt-out during your appointment. A staff member will update your file, and you will no longer receive messages from us.
• For automated SMS appointment reminders, you can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message sent via our secure client portal. Once you opt-out, you will receive a final confirmation message stating that your request has been processed.

Help/Customer Support

For support, text the word HELP to the number provided by any automated appointment reminder. You may also contact us directly at (602) 777-1268.

Liability

We are not responsible for any charges, errors, delays, or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or any third-party service providers.

Important Notice Regarding SMS Communication

Please do not send any private, confidential, or sensitive information, including personal health information (PHI), through SMS messages. SMS is not a secure form of communication and may not meet the privacy standards required under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). If you need to share private or confidential information, please use our secure client portal or contact us directly via phone or request an encrypted email from us.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Dynamic Counseling and Coaching Solutions.

Dynamic Counseling and Coaching Solutions has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Dynamic Counseling and Coaching Solutions shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Governing Law

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
